What is Service+?

Our Travel Designers have toured extensively along the routes used in our packages, ensuring our product meets our quality standards.  They not only make tailor-made reservations, they offer thoughtful opinions and guidance to both suit your needs and those of your clients.  Well versed in the intricacies of travel, they design holidays with every event in mind.

For all of our Rail & Coach, Self-Drive and Mini Packages, we complement our detailed itineraries with all required documentation and instruction, which makes it easy for the independent-minded traveler to take control of their holiday with no worries. This is sent to clients’ pretour hotel prior to their arrival.

Vouchers are provided for each stage along the journey – from accommodation to the excursions at must-see sites.  Each package includes all transportation, transfers, accommodation and selected sightseeing from the start to the finish of each tour.  The self-drive packages also include custom color maps with detailed driving directions. Rest assured that our documentation is thoroughly checked to ensure that everything is in perfect order.

Our technology enables innovation and flexibility.  We offer an efficient and easy-to-use online booking system, and have host to host capabilities via XML to enable ease of booking from allocation. We distribute our information, including our tariffs, online and have compiled a vast high-resolution image bank for the use of our clients.

We are here to help ensure your clients’ holidays run smoothly, but in the event of an emergency, we offer a 24 hour assistance line toll-free throughout Canada. Sometimes the unexpected occurs, like the Ash Clouds in 2010, where we showcased what Service+ is all about; ensuring that all of our affected clients were contacted on behalf of our partners, with alternate hotel and transportation arrangements made quickly and efficiently, and enabling our clients to get home as safely and quickly as possible.
